Gunna try and get them installed this week sometime . I think I have to work both days this week end so not sure when the test run will be . Might have to make an after work run . I am hoping these will help with some handling issues .

82rude , Thanks for dropping by ! We are running the e-tec 90 ...:joyous:

Re: MFG rebuild getting started pics

SP,
I have been following your build since the beginning. Great work you should be proud. I am originally from JAX and definitely miss it when I see your pictures. Funny, I have the same gator cup you have your tea in in that picture. Wish I had the fish and hushpuppies too. I can't eat grits anymore. Eating them every Friday for the majority of my life has turned me off the grit highway.

Anyway, I also did a gelcoat non-skid coating on my deck and have been dealing with the dirt and easy staining thing. I have seen that Woody Wax is the most recommended treatment but is pretty pricey! some are using 'fluid film" that is supposedly the same formula but a bit cheaper. Have you tried anything on the deck yet? I tried some spray meguiars wax but it had zero effect. Would like to hear what you or anyone else has done. Good luck with the tabs.

I am hoping for the best !
Sweet. Very cool. She'll dig in now.
Yep , if it cuts down on most of the porpoising and levels my turns a bit it will be well worth the money..

Life without grits would not be worth living !:eek:hungry:
Have not tried anything on the deck yet . I have looked a little for the turtle wax gell coat sealer that WOG suggested but have been unsuccessful finding it so far ..
Thanks for dropping in and GOOOOOOO GATORS !!!! :)

I can die a happy man now Woody ! The Dynamic Duo has made it into my thread !

Thanks Decker ! Is this the stuff ?
Pro Polish Wax - Yacht Brite: Chemicals | Shurhold

Test run on the tabs this afternoon .. A little improvement but still porpoising when I step to the back of the boat . Gunna set it at a stronger setting and try again . I may need to replace the 40 lb actuators with the 60 lb .

Re: MFG rebuild getting started pics

Are the tabs fully automatic?
In other words do they work off of spring/damper/actuator pressure?
