I am old enough to remember waiting at midnight,in my dump truck, in mile-long lines to get my saddle tanks filled up for the next day of hauling. If I failed to do this, I was S.O.L.<br />Carter's virtual destruction of the economic fabric of this country did not stop with negotiations with terrorists. It went far deeper, effecting the cost of everything, including fill dirt. Your "graphs" are blatently false. Not a guess here. History can proove any "graph that shows a better economy under Carter than <iether> Bush", or any other president since the 'new deal' as being fabricated.<br />Not with another graph iether, but any honest history book, even the ones in public schools.<br />So no need to appologise. Just stop showing me BS written by your socialist blogs. Show me facts.<br />Show me history. And if what you show me of the last 52 years are not what I personally lived thru, I'll send you right back out there to get the facts. Don't forget, some of us were actually around back then. If you wish to spread BS, pick a time before WWII just to be safe. That way, most would believe your graphs,regrdless of thier source. <br /><br />BTW, speakin of Carter -- I happen to have liked Carter, but it had nothing to do with his performance (which dang-niegh wrecked the country and did drive me out of buisness)...I liked him because of his ethics and honesty. He truely believed the course he set was the way to get our enemies to lay-down thier arms,and join us in peace and prosperity. I only wish such a policy was workable (I guess most of us do), but he showed for certain that there is but one way to deal with them.
