i had to haul a jeep cherokee home from the auction a few years ago all i had at the time was a dakota v6 4x4 with a stick and the light in the middle of "the" hill turned red i think it took half my cluch to get it going and i couldn't get it out of 1st till the top of the hill

OOOHH yea the hill know it well , infact they have a punkin roll down that big hill !!!

no i was talking about the auto salvage auction just north of davison on 15 i live in the tip of the mit so i go north on 15 to bay city then hop on 75

Ok guys one more up date , tacklewasher called me on his phone , they are now at the bar right next to the boat launch !!! hahaha told him to have a corona for mee !!1

He did say that she did list a little bit , ooops said that nothering 30 or 40 lbs wouldnt fix on the other side !!tackelwasher just said that he would sit on the other side !! hahahahhaha he is still floating on cloud nine !!!! hahaha

they said that they got two camers full of pics they we start to get up tomorrow !!

Ooops was really worried about the listing , he was telling me that all the poly he put in her was over 1600lbs in jusy poly !!!! so i can see why he was worried , but now he is so geeked up , he was really happy on how high she was in the water !!!

OOOHHH ok i get yea , OOHH man you are real close when you come over here , well have to go fishing !! are you talking about the m15 auto auction ?? If you are that is Uncle joes place , hes a good friend of mine !!!

Do you know when you get out of davision, there is the fishing tackel grab bag, in richfield, well just past that there is stanly road , i take that to go fishin all the time , its oly a little over a mile down the road there !!

the one i'm talking about is about 1/2 mile north of richfield road on the right it is a dealer only auction bout 1 mile south of coldwater rd

first of all........you guys made me finish the proj....when many times i wanted to give up.....thank you all !

i just read all of the posts........the thread grew by 3 pages !!!!! a real internet launch !.......was also real happy to actually speak to my bud john.....it was about time i talked to my other brother thanks for keeping the updates goin john ! cheers

ok......photo bucket is done....here come the pics.......

we had a lot of snafu's

but this is the hull when we were waiting for the boats to be moved out of the way

tackel washer came ....and took the pics.

i was amazed at how long the hull was compaired to the other hulls in the boat yard

one of the major snafu's we had .....was the wheel berring in one of the trailers wheels was seized.....

when i dragged it to the boat yard the tire was dragging on the pavement

That hull is looking awesome oops!, I was waiting to see a some pics of it outside and how the reflection looks. Simply amazing.

BTW, what's the Corona count?

Off subject,,,but when I was in college we would vacation in Mexico and buy cases of Corona for something like $8. When they were dry we took the empties back and got $4 for the deposit on the bottles. It was almost like they were paying us to drink

Man really looking great that pic as it first comes out and sees the sun for the first time man WOW this thread will give those who might undertake such a project the will to keep going. after we got the trailer berring fixed .....just jury rigged

the next thing we had to do was flip the hill......
we backed the tow truck up at a 90 degree angle to the hull.......and hooked the bow eye hook up to the tow truck.....

then we hooked the hooked the transom to the eye hook i had drilled thru the transom earlyer and attached it to the forklift

then .....it was time to roll the hull

we picked up the hull perfectly......
