Can't say anything that hasn't already been said so I?ll go Rush style; Mega Dittos! In all my years of watching sports and other competitions, I?ve never been pulling for someone so hard from behind a screen.

In all seriousness, when this project is behind you and you reclaim some of your free time, you should consider pitching this whole story to a publisher/producer. This has been a great American tale about family, passion, pain, hard work and exceptionalism, and I know for a fact I am not the only one who would pay to see it. I?ve downloaded this thread and your videos to make sure my kids can see what happens when someone puts their mind to something and strives for excellence.

And the previous boat owner thought he had the last laugh?

Thanks for the compliments guys. You ought to stand beside this thing when it is running. Gonna have to be patient on the splash. We want it to be perfect.

Here is the pictures of the Corsa system installation.

Making a template for the cutout. I just used a razor to cut up to the opening and then went around it.

I used masking tape all over the area where I cut. It keeps the gel coat from chipping and scratching.

Sealed up with 5200. I found that Mineral Spirits cleans that stuff up nice.

You can see the original marking where I wanted it. After measuring again, it had to come forward.

My wonderful family helping out with the cleanup. It took us over 2 hours to clean the inside.

have watched all you videos, just like everyone else. i used many of you tips and videos to restore my own boat. was talking to my wife as we were out on the lake today, probably not doing your story justice. Congrats on the launch and enjoy the fruit of you labor. fantastic job.

Oh I can hear it now, the open exhaust and the opening of the 4 barrels sound so nice, can't wait to see how things went.......I will back on the lake tomrrow so hope to see an update when I get back.

I know the feeling and they always seem to take longer than I thought. Last year it was an extensive stereo system. This year a new swim platform.

This winter, I'm rebuilding the trailer and due to your video I might be adding corsa. I actually might be adding CMI headers with their switchable exhaust to see if I can get some more MPH out of the boat. Also adding seadek to the platforms.

Great job. I noticed you mentioned cleaning the deck. Today, I cleaned the deck of our boat as it was nasty. Meguiars hull and non skid cleaner with a brush worked really well. I was very impressed with how well it did and it is non-abrasive.

You have done a phenominal job on this boat. You have helped so many people get over their fear of doing something with fiberglass. Keep up the great work.

J boat really looks great and tell your Pop the swim platform looks top notch! As I have told you in the past my rig is yours almost exact but smaller and if that platform has the OEM non-skid surface on it you will find it is a bear to keep clean but that's small potatoes compaired to what you went through. I can't wait to hear the vid from that big block @ WOT! have a great day on the water it has been well earned.
