What GA said, it wasn't meant to be changed because it messed with the forums headers, footers etc. The developers are well apprised of the situation. Hopefully a fix is on the horizon.... It was great while it lasted...

The forum style is more than fonts. It defines the total layout of pages, colors, content and much, much more. It wasn't meant to carried over from the development and test forum. The light font will be fixed in the iBoats style format. Please just be patient with us. We're trying to the whack that mole as fast as we can. I should say moles!

No problem GA, the site already seems much better than it has been for the last 5 or 6 years.
Many thanks to you mods and everyone else behind the scenes that finally made this happen.

look at the week five NFL thread. It is apparently looking for bad words within a text string, so talking about the TN titans could be confusing...

just a heads up. none of the threads that we were following and getting notices for still have you "watching" them. you have to manually find that list of threads and then "watch" them.

Yes it was hard for me to read also. I clicked on my user name at the upper right and then went to preferences and changed the style from iboats to default and it's much better.
got a screen shot? I just spent 20 minutes looking for where I can change the font in the preferences. the only thing I can change is what I get notices for and my time zone.

hey @colonel_sanders the watch / unwatch feature is FUBAR. on threads I dont care about I am automatically watching them when I reply. on threads that I am following, the button at the top says watch, however if I click it , the not comes up do you really want to unwatch it.

It's been eliminated. It never was to go to production. Changing the font messes with the site.... Headers, footers etc. A developer brought it to our attention. Font will be changed tho....

You have to figure that for yourself, Joe. If ads are blocked Mods may not get paid, so who will watch over this rowdy crew?

So ad block plus less revenue may hurt our pocket books. If u block ads, we may go on unemployment. An ad block could be hurtful.

Read this message very carefully before deciding you don't need a roll of duct tape. There is smidgen of truth in what is written :)

am i being thick as usual or is this thread not showing up on my 'threads with my posts' list?

Also, when going there and clicking into a post i do not see the 'go to last post' button we used to have, as well as it is not going to last read post. If that last one didn't make sense i'll clarify.

I'm assuming you get paid pretty close to what I get paid to moderate my forum, so we understand each other there.

At least look into making them relatable either boating or what i've been sopping for. I have not done any kidnapping planning in a couple years so the duct tape is not relevant.

Joe - Read. I've posted enough to see that I don't use social media lingo and I try to use proper grammar in the forum. 👓 You have questions, I have answers. 😁

Clicking on Time in the New Posts or What's New thread list takes you to the last post. I haven't found a way to go to the first unread post in a thread.

Congrats for the new Iboats web page. Would be ideal to change the left column font style along darken it a bit more to match the right column font style and color. Never mind if will be improved along other suggested points that deals with reading in the near future...

I am having trouble organizing the post in each of the individual forums with the newest posts on top. I tried the filters and it didn't seem to work. Hints?
