a spoonful of gojugang really makes the 50 cent ramen taste better. I sliced up a hard boiled egg into it as well.

my world famous chicken and dumplings. I've been using chicken feet and thigh bones for my stock. Amazing stuff.

and finally, i found a stupid simple apple fritter recipie - takes about 35 minutes if you cool them in the fridge a bit. I like bite size.

1 cup bisquick
1 apple, peeled if you want and diced small
allspice and/or cinnamon to taste
mix and set aside

2 cups powdered sugar
dash lemon extract
dash vanilla extract
water to make thick slurry, about pancake batter thick

mix water into apple mix to get a thick batter, like maybe biscuit before you turn out and knead.

Drop spoonfuls in hot oil until good and brown
cool completely
dunk and turn with fork to cover in sugar slurry
drain on wire rack.

wait about 15 min for the sugar to set up. While that is happening do what you need to do in order to get the proper muchie urge going then
eat.

I used fork not spoon to drop in oil I get better nooks and crannies.

Have a high school buddy coming to icefish going to make him biscuits and gravy, the secret is the sausage. Cheesy hash brown pork patties from the local grocery, mince that up in the gravy delicious.

Small batch of venison dry beef( venison), brined, seasoned, smoked and will be sliced nice and thin. Dried venison on toast is better than beef by far.
