Not. English is not my first language. everything are professional words.
Understood, but the syntax of your first post was off

The picture you posted shows the two rear mount bolts. They secure the flywheel cover (engine) to the inner transom plate. I am to understand that either the nuts held in place at the transom plate are rusted/gone or the mounts the bolts pass through are gone?

The smaller, lag bolts most likely hold the fwd mount to the boat. They look like there is stringer/mount area material that is rotten and stuck to them

Either way your issue may be more than just mechanical/mount related. There could be transom/stringer rot

The lag bolts for the front mount have nothing to bite into. You will need a way to rebuild that crossmember so it is solid again. If the lag bolts won't screw in tight the motor moves and the coupler gets destroyed.

Thank you Rick, Is it easy to rebuild crossmember? How to do it?

If you have fibreglassing experience, then it's a matter of just cutting out the rotted section, cutting and glassing in a new section. If you've never done any glass work before, then get it done by someone who has done it before.

you will most likely find that in addition to the engine mounts being rotten and needing replacement, your transom and stringers will also need work.

suggest you pull the drive, then pull the motor. assess what you need to by doing test drills. then start repairing your fiberglass boat by cutting out the rotten and wet wood and replacing it.

since your boat has a 2.5 liter, that puts your boat mid 80's or older

Start by going to the restoration forum. and read the stickies

specifically, links 14, 15, 18, 2, 3, 4a, and 4b of this one. https://forums.iboats.com/threads/how-tos-and-other-great-information.283508/

Today I pulled my engine and took the coupler off. it was not difficult to pull it out. But is it easy to get it back and make the engine fixed on the boat?. I has uploaded the four bases to mount the engine. any advice is appropriated

First question : How I can make the engine to fix on the boat to prevent being moved?

Second question: What are we going to adjust for the alignment?

The rear of the engine is bolted to the rear housing, there is nothing to adjust, pic 3 shows the location of the rear bolts. where the bolts go in are the rear motor mounts. When they go bad the motor lowers and wipes the coupler. So first replace the rear rubber bushings.
pic 1 shows the front mount, the large nuts inthe center raise or lower the front of the motor to get the alignment perfect. Replacing the front mount if its rotted, grad a piece of poplar and glass it in place at the correct height.

Today I bought a piece of oak wood. Can it work if I put the oak wook with right size under the engine? The oak wood is very hard. In the future I will maintain the oak wood and do the alignment by my self.

Did you check for rotten stringers?

If your stringers are rotten, and you are trying to bandaid the issue with a block of wood, is like pulling new pants over soiled underwear after you poop your pants. May look good for a moment
