Installed battery and dressed up wiring this weekend and started installing interior..... After getting everything positioned correctly I will predrill and install screws in all holes going into new decking then disassemble and counter-bore holes then reassemble with screws potted in epoxy. I don't want any chance of water entering deck through screw holes in the future. Might dunk it in the pond this weekend to swap out trailers. Got a keel guard, some stainless cup holders and some new trailer wobble rollers coming this week. Probably be another week before it goes to the Maumee River for a proper shakedown. Still need to do a marathon buffing session which I am not looking forward to.

Good eye... Yes there is a bulkhead that runs full width under it. I had forgot that it had a broken cleat where it attaches to the floor so yesterday I had to make a new cleat and epoxy it on. It will be cured when I get home from work today and it will go in the boat then.

Thanks guys.... Unfortunately boat does not look much different than when I started at least on the outside, but it feels good to know she is solid now and sealed up against future water damage. So glad I found this site as you guys definitely helped me formulate a battle plan and then with selecting techniques and materials to get this job done.

Still have a keel guard and stainless cup holders on their way to install along with front carpet, buff job on entire boat, get sun deck recovered to match original vinyl, trailer paint job, custom swim platform and maybe a set of exhaust diverters to install someday, but I think I am going to wait on some of that and start using the boat.

What stainless steel cup holders did you order? I wanted to order some for my boat off of EBay, but it seemed like all the ones I found had larger cutout dimensions.

I ordered these. I should get them by Friday and will report back how they fit. It is a set of 10 for just under $40 shipped.
