Ok so I’m almost there I know I need about 6 layers of 1708 for my 1/4 “ l fiberglass. Can I do all of the transom first or I’m I better to lay one or two rows all the way around the transom and stringers so I don’t have a large sectin of 6 layers underneath the next section.

I believe should finish the transom first. all rebuilds I’ve seen have the transom completed and then lay up the stringers to the transom. Structural integrity for the transom assembly is priority.
