Rack is nice, unbelieveable how smooth it is , i guess im just used to older boats with tight steering lol . Funny but i dont remember cable and pully system ever getting tight, compared to single cable

so i managed to get installed 2 of the 3 bilge pumps , that was a chore in itself because i wasn't using "Bilge hose" trying to keep engine compartment as neat as possible i heat bent conduit. i have a 1100 at stern then a 2000 just in front of the 3.0 and then another 1100 in bow .

What are you connecting it with that will take pressure? With salt water? What size tubing is it.

Schedule 40 pvc pipe , it can handle 260 psi , there really isnt much pressure on a bilge line since its opening is wide open, salt water would maybe effect it after 40 or 50 yrs , if it was in sun that would be different then you use schedule 80 or paint it if schedule 40 that said i know pools 20 yrs old without painted pipe and they are fine

The connections to bulkead fittings are reinforced clear tubing 1" and 3/4 1 inch will flow 37 gpm with at ospheric pressure the 3/4 will flow 30 if i recall , at 6 ft per sec , it should flow around 40 and 35 can get more but then the fri tion gets to the point it would most likely deadhead the pumps since they can only stand around 4 ft of tdh

Live well is a 800 gph pump fed 3/4 to live well with a throttling valve installed inside well, then i have 2 3/4 gravity out of boat, that way even at wide open in theory it should never overflow, however throttling valve installed in case , plus all pumps work better with a little bit of back pressure

OOOOOOOOOOOOO so it's pvc not metal conduit. Rest don't matter to me now ya see. Was just lookin out for ya.
. Did ya do the sand packed into the pipe, heat bend trick?
Up this way conduit is thin wall galvanised pipe.
