Also, I noticed a single clunk after putting it in gear and accelerating one time. The last two times I have taken it out from what I can read, Sounds like I need to check all the bolts and make sure the propeller nut is tight. Any thoughts?

The clunk you are referring to happens after it's already in gear, and you're accelerating?
I had a clunk under acceleration once, which in my case was due to popping out of gear due to the shift rod not being set correctly. This was just for an instant and went right back in on its own.
Have you checked the adjustment on your upper and lower shift cables?

Already in gear. 2 seconds or so after moving forward. I wasn’t crawling on it. No I haven’t how to I adjust those? Also I notice when I’m WOT I can smell a bit of exhaust, my tac bounces a lot so it’s hard to tell my RPMs. I’m guessing slightly over 5600, over reving a bit. Would increasing my pitch from a 15 to 17 prop drop my top end RPM back down into optimal range.
