Oh, and yah I am in fact wearing friendship bracelets in that photo up there since I know you were thinking I am a big flake!

Hard to be a tough guy when the daughter bear says...

"Here daddy, I made these just for you!"

I noticed the friendship bracelets right off, being the dad of a couple of gals myself! Thought it was a subliminal thang for your feller Starcrafters!

BAH..... forget the kitchen Jas (they are overrated anyway). Thats why they invented microwaves and paper plates :D. Its summer anyway, you can say to the bride "Can we grill this"? (at least thats how mine gets me to do the cooking)...lol. I have quite a few shirts that have handprints and say "Superdad" and "Worlds greatest Dad" from my boys.... good times. When they grow up bracelets and shirts like that will sadly become a rare commodity. :D :)

O BTW, those side steps are uber cool. :D

kitchen, you dont need no stinking kitchen.
I have lived in my house for about 1.5 years without a kitchen.
granted I am not married and I dont have any children.

but after 1.5 years I can say its close to being completed. I hooked up the sink last night running water
in a kitchen.. what a novel idea.. almost as novel at having something to cook with other than a microwave

Nice Jas, I didn't see if you mentioned it but where did you get the step pads? All fathers get a pass when it comes to daughters,,,nothing uncool about making them happy.

Hope you are having a good time preparing to install that 4.3:)

Just wanted to swing thru and let you know that these bow cushions are available...and priced reasonably, in case you need an extra set to match your bracelet.:p (j/k;))

They would also go well with your flotation, bummer that you didn't plexiglass the deck:D

Yah, I love that little girl and I am scared to death that she is getting older:eek:

That step pad is actually a Berts Track, the bombdiggity!

Check it out...

The bonus is that it'll cover up a bunch of swiss cheese (holes) on my gunwales, like it.

Bert's Tracks and Starcraft Boats, like peas and carrots.

Holy smoke those are absolutely heanus - I wonder what the actual boat looked like:eek:

You crack me up Mike!! :D

Jas get all upset if I gazumped him for them?

Well Triton you made me Google that word...never saw (or heard) that one before...and I'm OLD!

Wikipedia: "Gazumping is a term used in the UK and Australia when a seller (especially of property) accepts a verbal offer from one potential buyer, but then accepts a higher offer from someone else. It can also refer to the seller raising the asking price at the last minute, after previously verbally agreeing to a lower one. In either case, the original buyer is left in the lurch, and either has to offer a higher price or lose the purchase."

Thanks, it's now in my repertoire.:D

BTW Jas....she's looking great!;)

Thanks fellas!

OK, goal for the day - balance of the railing sanded down and looking good. Gazumped some Sharkhide off eBay and it should be here by Saturdayish. Also, sand down all the JB Weld spots topside. I think I can pull it off.:)

Oh yeah? Well guess what we were doing last night......same thing we did last week.... TOWING AN I/O!

(although last night we used Tim's boat so it was really an I/O towing another I/O :p)

I have to keep my outboard ugly otherwise some dumb I/O owner attracted by shiny objects would steal it!

Yur still a punk...

But to answer your question (that I actually agree with)...

So when's the next non-boring step?

I hope to have the tarp pulled off the Merc this weekend. Though, I have a feeling the whole install process will be so slow that will be pretty darn boring too:rolleyes:

I'd guess that she looked just like Thumper the Baja, only with a cuddy:D

BTW are you gonna run that SS prop? Great idea to have an aluminum as well, maybe different pitch for tubing/skiing?

The Bert's tracks are a local Michigan thing, but anyone who trolls with downriggers or planer boards would love em:D
