90% of the soldiers on the first boats to hit the beach didn't live to see the end of the day. Look at those faces. Some of them never made it to 18. Never voted. Never
loved a woman, or owned a home.

They gave their lives fighting Hitler and the Nazis, so today's kids can
call everyone they don't like Hitler and Nazis.

Think about that.

They paid the ultimate price for your freedom. You live your life the way you do because of them.

Hi Woody and all the old timers! Just checking in. I repainted about half the interior of the Jet Star and it made me appreciate how helpful everyone was to me ...9+ years ago!!

It's holding up great actually. A few little nicks and dings that I've touched up, but I'm very pleased with the Pettit one part Easypoxy with the Valspar Enamel Hardener mixed in. It's tough.

Have you had the Flamingo out? Happy Father's Day!

Nope had some health and mobility issues in the last few years. Just trying to hang on! Open Heart surgery, ripped hamstring off hip bone and ripped pectoral muscle off shoulder.

Well it’s official, I’m Crazy!!
I took on this project and I’m hoping I didn’t bite off more than I can chew! Customer wants the pleats. I have to fabricate new frames and create the seats from scratch. I’ll try to document the process as best I can. This old man is old and slow. It may take a while. Delivery scheduled for April. I think she’s a 1957 Larson Thunderhawk??
