Well we survived the Storms but the wind has not let up. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Well, carp, I'd hoped getting my SC home would be just the confluence of events necessary to bring about the BF's big re-splash.

I wouldn't be against sitting at the helm, whilst the Admiral throws a couple buckets of water across the bow. Suspension of disbelief. Just like when you watched Avatar.:D Liberal dosing w/ a garden hose would be an acceptable alternative.

Best of luck for smooth water on Fri! May the Easter Bunny make your Easter wishes come true!

Aww, Come on- You're letting a little wind and some bitty waves get in the way?? What fun is that???

Patience, patience... It will all be worth it in the end :)

I am all about safety, but I'm also wondering if just maybe someone doesn't want to wear his tennis shoes to school for fear of getting them a little dirty....

To quote my okie friend, I'm just sayin'

But they're new & still so nice & purdy. Like a new penny! Only like 1,000,000 times better;)

Besides he's so found of calling himself an old okie, not a young whipper-snapper daredevil okie:eek:

Still hoping the BF gets to dip her toes in a lake this weekend! If only for a little while. Good luck & calm seas!

This reminds me of the old Charlie Brown comic where he walks around with a thunder cloud over his head!

Wow, Wood! what a couple of weekends for you! I've been away and it seems she's all ready to launch and mother nature won't co-operate. Keep your chin up, it's taken a long time to get to this point and BF deserves the picture perfect splash day you're looking for.

Fingers crossed for ya, she looks awesome with her power plant back on bord, btw.
