Ok, I got sidetracked a bit this afternoon. I was GOING to clean the shop a bit and was GOING to clean out the boat (It has become a storage compartment) when I ran into one of the original Back to Back seats. I decided to QUICKLY take the cover off of it so when we get some really cold days I would have an upholstery project. This is the seat section with the "Backs" section removed. I am really thinking about restoring these and documenting it. I have seen several requests for people wanting to build their own Back to Back seats. this plan is fairly simple and Straigt forward. We'll see how my time goes. I HAVE to get BF1 Splashed, and then there's the possibility of BF2, and the "Tower of Power" and..... Man I'm busy!!!!!

For those of you that thought my Wal-Mart Plastic bag idea for your boat seats was a little hinky. Take a look at this.
Looks like the boys at the Lonestar Factory went to the closet in the bathroom and took the plastic cover off the toilet paper to use on the seats that day back in 1961
