    Re: mercury I/o shifting control Yes. On mine you can push in a button at the bottom of the throttle lever. Here is a newer style one yours may be square but the button should be in the same place.

    My question is can you fry an alternator by having too big of a bank behind it? I realize that it will take long to recharge a 300 amp bank but will it fry the alternator?

    Re: Chicken Or Egg came first. WD Hitch As you can see in the attached clipping form the 2004 Ford towing guide with weight-carring hitch the F250 SRW is rated for 5000LBS with a weight-distributing hitch its rated at 12,500lbs. Pick a year all of the towing guides say the same thing.
