    HARDENED tang washer. Don't use chinesium. Bearing race will spin a little and if washer is cheap it will gall up and sieze bearing.

    Your tilt motor has 3 electrical points. 12v+ blue = Up (sky) 12v+ green = down (grass) 12v Negative - gets this from mounting points. Why yours has a separate ground wire for the chassis might have to do with the gasket between tilt motor and Intermediate housing. I don't have that issue with...

    Get the same size or slightly bigger (and color) wire. Replace from the eyelets to the tilt motor connector. The butt connector with integrated heatshrink work well. Every splice point is also a possible failure point. Connectors should be tight. Crimps should not pull apart with a firm tug. If...

    If that is a stringer drive the green is positive power down. The blue is positive power up. Tilt motor don't have a ground. It uses the case bolts to intermediate housing for ground. Those connections are crap also and need to be changed
