Top of my windshield is 1.5 wide by .75 thick. Have not found a snap that goes on one this wide, most is .75 wide.

Anyone know where where to find a wider one?

Ayuh,..... A work around I've done is drill the frame, 'n pop-rivet the snap where ever you need it,....

Frame doesn't appear to be able to accept a clip on snap, no groove/shouldered area for the clip

Like bondo suggests, drill and attach snaps

Guessing the cover currently goes over the windshield, snaps to the hull/deck?

So far as I have found these boats most have just sun covers that cover from bow to stern. Next to no pics of the boats having a sailing cover with Isinglass. Cap list a cover that could be had using Lexan but still no pics even from Chap and I have asked

These boats are mostly on the coast so warm weather, few are in great lakes and Canada

Have thought about that, just don't know how high the glass comes up.

My canvas guy came up with the adhesive snaps that he has used on a house boat with good results. Might go this way unless I can find something else

Ayuh,..... Can't see the glazing strips in yer picture, but generally speakin' the glass don't go into the frame very far,... 'bout as far as the glazing strips,....

I would take a feeler Guage, lube er up and push into glazing and see how deep it goes. That might give you an idea where you could drill
