    agree with faz.. but tha '91 is probably gonna be a 2.5 steel sleeve motor.. some (most) of tha power head parts are gonna be a little different compared to tha other two....

    first of all, "why did you get (decide ta work on it) into tha motor ta start with???".. when you rebuilt tha carbs were new gaskets used throughout including new accel. pump parts?.. was a link n sycn and timing done?... does it help if primer bulb is pumped when trying ta keep it running...

    reed plate has got to be removed... you have 8 3/8" down tha middle each side of main bearings.. 10 5/16", three on each outside edge, 4 holding top bearing cap. 4 1/4" holding bottom bearing cap.. sometimes you need a mallet to "tap" it in a few places ta get it to break loose

    swap switch box leads from 1 with either 3 or 5.. see if fire fire pattern follows? sounds like a coupla switch boxes are in ya future.. maybe stator also.. wouldn't worry 'bout plugs.. i can say i've never had a surface gap plug go bad with any merc...

    something is wrong with middle carb.. tha feed for carbs go through each carb from top to bottom.. if its before carbs it would effect all three..

    something ta consider with tha new reg/rectifiers if they have tha bullet connectors... best if you cut those off, solder and heat shrink tha joints.. tha bullet type are known for a heat problem........... jmo.

    anytime you disassemble anything/part fuel related it needs NEW gaskets no mater what they look (still good or bad) they need ta be replaced with new... tha enrichner has no bearing on pressure.. yours is mounted right.. lines on top......... manual sent... let me know if you get it.

    yeah, tha only carbureted 2.5 150 is tha XR6... on the starboard head right below tha top spark plug (no. one cyl) there is a sensor. should be a tan/blue wire (probably ina plastic sleeve) coming from it going to a terminial with a coupla other tan/blues.. take a short (or long) jumper with...
