    This Tige is cursed. There is a line where I sanded the edge of that first batch of flake that somehow didn't get filled in after flake, 3 coats of gel clear, and 4 coats of automotive clear. So now I get to spray it a fourth time. I want to punch something.

    Yes, the box is checked, duckduckgo browser, android os. That is what it says in the address bar. It's no big deal if it's just an issue for me. Just a tad inconvenient.

    I could very well be wrong. I only work in a small shop, don't really know anything about the market in general. I think I'm fine saying that we're in Indiana, but I can't share anymore in the public forum. Part of this thread was agreeing that I wouldn't try to use this as advertising.

    It could probably do with a good acid wash. That should do for any hard water deposits and other crap. If it's particularly thick, probably a good blast with a high pressure power washer too. Also, thanks a lot for the reminder the 2006 was 20 years ago.

    That PWC is a Kawasaki Chicken according to what the super found out. The owner also had a bunch of parts custom made. I also got the Tige flake sprayed today.

    I would say it's not very common. I've only seen a few of these older styles, and one other that was totally resprayed, yellow and pinkish I think. Pictures of that are long gone. I don't have any idea of the cost, I don't handle that stuff.

    Ok, I get it now. I think I've done one like that a long time ago. The problem withthe rivets is you would have to have them back in before you put the transom in. How would you hold a block to the inside with the transom in the way? Plus the paint.

    Usually it's flooring first, then foam. You drill some 1 inch holes and pour through, but it looks like you've already wrapped the main flooring with vinyl.

    Lift the cap. If you go up to about the windshield, you can lift the cap enough without creasing it.
