    I pre cut all my deck peices for my rebuild this winter. When cu they all fit great now im gettting close to puting the deck doun and all the pieces are warping and fitting badly I got them all stacked flat with weight on them. any ideas on how to fix the warping....

    look at this no glass on stringer??

    I have since got new stringers in. Glassed the lower part under were the old tank was, the new will be a ski locker here from the factory looked to be no glass at all. is that what it looks like or am i wroung?

    My boat had a 898 chevy 305 setup boat is a 1979 I found this set up o craigslist for 5000$ REBUILT HIGH PERFORMANCE V6 4.3L MERCRUISER ENGINE & OUTDRIVE. COMPLETE READY TO INSTALL. Does any one know of the ramifications of doing the swap , would it work with out mods just bolt up?

    I have 404 from us composits. I read some were you can prolong the life of the resin if you keep it in a freezer is this true?

    transom cut out? I/O

    I am trying to come up with the most acurate way to cut wood for housing? Should I mount in boat then drill and cut? use cardboard template that was made on tear out? or use pieces of old transom for template??

    I have a 898 mercruiser going to use volvo penta exhast manifolds

    my manifolds are trashed picked up a pair of volvo penta manifolds that bolted right up a few mods and ill be on my way has any one else done this, or any thoghts?

    how about theese i jouist for stringers

    I would cut the lower half off. trim to fit boat and glass in. they are very stroung I think 2 would work well for main deck suport - on a 19' cuddy with 1/2 ply for all the other bracing'
