    ok I am about to order a new tohatsu but which one

    Going to get a kicker/trolling/backup outboard on my 21 foot cudy cabin boat. I have neared it down between to different, Tohatsu outboards either 9.8 or 8 hp electric stat (for battery charging capability,) and or 20 or 25 inch shaft. Saving 250 dollars on an 8- is 1.8 hp really worth 250$...

    when adding a kicker motor do I T fuel line or ad valve?

    I have pre 898 mercuriser set up, going to be adding a 9.9 kicker.- Using the same gas tank that runs the 898. Could I just ad a T to the fuel Line , or should I put some valves in the to?

    let me get this straight vortec heads on pre 85 sbc

    my setup is 898 sbc 305 already frankensteined. my pistons and valves are getting tired. So if I get a pre 85 shortblock 350- I can put new vortec heads on with the correct intake manifold. Then everything else will bolt up for a fabulous running engine?

    my alighnment bar will only go part way into coupler HELP?????

    trim system compatibility ???

    I have 1979 pre alpha 898 mercuriser I picked up 1996 alpha trim system...... am I going to be able to use the new stuff on my old stuff? the pumps have the same numbers, the new rams are a little longer and bigger- the ones with external hydrolic lines running up the outside of rams....
