    The cowl on my Merc 20hp (0C263922) is very tired. Does the newer style cowl fit the older motors? To be clear, the first pic is the style I have currently (stock pic, mine's way worse condition!), and the second is the style I found from a local FB Marketplace seller.

    Model # 2802R I didn't replace capacitor, but all ignition components look like brand new, so I'm thinking previous owner tried to get it running properly with the 'Goofy Rag' causing unknown issues. I did put new impeller on before use last summer. Will check over other items mentioned. Thanks!

    Transom Corner Caps

    I've been looking around for the port side 'Aluminum Goods Corp' version since we got the boat, with no luck. I'm still hoping to find an original aluminum casting. Failing that, as @ShoestringMariner says, 3D printing is an option.

    You're making great progress. That's a crazy number of rivets to replace. I did less than a dozen on my hull. Do you have a warm spot to work? That Gluvit likes warm aluminum to flow properly.
