Just picked up our new H180 last weekend, love it so far. Blower fuse blew first day, factory installed wrong fuse size, otherwise a great day.

Ah yes, the blower fuse. Blew out on us after a day trip too. Hope your 180 runs as good as ours does too!

Anyone else notice if their boats run better/smoother the more you run it?

2008 Hurricane 2400 Deck Boat...Volvo Penta 5.7gxi, duoprop...Pittsburgh Pa. 320 horse & it does the job.

I am the proud owner of a 1996 U 19 unlimited with a 5.8 and some flow work does 69/70 any day. also one heck of a hole shot!
I live in Ohio and normally boat at Alum Creek.

Hey all! We just recently bought a 1991 Four Winns 190 Freedom bowrider with a 4.3 OMC with Cobra outdrive. We are lovin this boat and looking forward to a great year boating on the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay.

I have the same boat but its a 1999 with the 5.0GL. Could you tell me what prop you are using. And is you boat carburated.

I will be happy to let you know buy i won't be able to until later tonight when i can check. Yes my boat is carburated.

I had it out last weekend on a local river and with 4 people we topped out at 40 mph at 4800rpm.

hi all from spring hill fla.. looks like i have the oldest boat in the post.. she is a great boat small cuddy i transplanted a 5.7 where ite 130 used to live,,,,,runs with the big dogs,,,fools a lot of people when i get he up to speed..having a streak of bad luck... cant keep the prop in one piece...and no its not from the screaming hi speed its from low tide and my inexperience in the gulf.. two props in a month.. guess i am learning

I boat mostly at Lake Clarke and Raystown.
I have just sold my Regal 220 Valenti and bought this 2000 Horizon 260 with the 5.7GXi and Volvo Duoprop.
Only 62 hours on it. I was surprised how well it get's a big load up on plane. I had 11 people, 80 gallons of gas and full fresh water tank on board a few weeks ago shuttling people from beach to sandbar and she jumped right up on plane and right up to 35-40.
I love it so far.

I recently purchased an 86 liberator 211 that sat exposed to the weather for a couple of years. The hull was good but needed a good cleaning. The block was cracked and interior was shot. Installed a 400 chevy and am replacing the seats and carpet. I had it out to Lake Clarke (York co. Pa.) to work out the bugs and will be going to North East Md. when I get the interior finished. I live in Manheim, Pa.

Just bought my first boat, 2003 Four Winns Freedom 180 with the Volvo 4.3.

Had its maiden voyage around Tampa Bay and Harbour Island.

Anyone know the difference between the FW Horizon and Freedom model? I can find no information and both boats look virtually identical.

(Yes the admiral calls every thing However, after 13 years of marriage I am getting very into boating? meeting very nice people in water?. Share the thoughts? have fun? It is a great place to be...

LOVE this boat in big water?. We live in Boston area but we boat in St Lawrence River/1000 Islands area in Upstate New York where our summer house is located.
