I have no pics yet of boat being towed but we will be using our LandRover Discovery for towing.

We love it & use it close to every other month. It isn't actually a Hi-LO (they went out of business this year) though it is a TrailManor 3023. It is so light & aerodynamic it only cost us around 2 GPM on trips.

We may cut back on trips next year due to new boat not sure.

I pull my 12' Aluminum Sea King with my 1997 Chevy C1500, 2WD, V-6 shortbed. Like there is nothing behind me......

Up untill October I towed my Trophy DC1900/ boat, trailer and loaded around 3750 to 4000 lbs. with a 05 chevy 2500HD/2wd now its with a chevy 2010 1500/4X4 towes great.

I pull both my boats and 30 ft 5th wheel with my 1997 dodge 3500 5 speed 12 valve cummins!!!! I had a 98 24 valve didnt like it so went back with the 12 valve and i have had it bumped up a bit!!!

Im towing my 211 liberator with a 96 chevy astro 4.3
Haven't had a chance to launch the boat yet. It tows it great but we'll have to see how it does when I go to pull it out of the water.

Pull the Glastron with a 2000 Blazer 4x4 4.3. No problems.

Saab 9-7x with the 4.2 inline six tows my 3200# boat on a dual axle trailer. The launch ramps close to our cabin are all gravel so the AWD and ground clearance help. Most of the time it's a grocery getter so the small size and tight turn circle are very helpful. Ir can run on cruise control over any of the mountain passes we cross.

Pull my 89 maxum (looks just like your boat, same fading red too!) with a 99 dodge ram 318v8. It's a DOG!!! Truck weighs around 5000 lbs, so i dont think there is much power left to pull the boat too. But we make do with what we have, right? As long as your car still stops ok thats what i would worry about.

10 years old Kia does a good job towing the 1969 18' Holiday and also for the 14' Mirrocraft.

'94 F250XLT 4x4. 460ci, 5 speed. It matches my boat.

I use the Jeep to move the boat around the house and backyard.

10 years old Kia does a good job towing the 1969 18' Holiday and also for the 14' Mirrocraft.

I have a 2011 Kia Sorento (Bought 1-2010). It has a little over 10,000 miles on it with no problems. How has your experience been with yours???
