This is what I would really like to have. I wonder how low he would go? Says make offer.

Ooooooo, I know exaaaaaactly what I'd do with that Islander - she'd lose her hat:D

He's had that up for a while now, I'd bet you'd drag it home for sub $1K, maybe even 600 bux range.

Hey Drew, you come to check that out, lemme know, I'll join ya, lunch is on me:)

Knowing my luck I would drive 14 hours and he would sell it before I got there. The other thing is not knowing the condition of the tires and wheel bearings. That could be 500 right there. If I could get that for 600 or so I would definatly drive up. I might give him a call and see how low he might go. It's always worth a shot :D

Yah, trailer rehab adds up quick! Especially with the tandem...

Lemme know how it goes, that is prolly about 30ish minutes south of my place.

Pulling it onto my property...

I could set up a hidden camera pointed towards my bride...

If the engine checks, I do think it'd be worth it. Throw in your fuel/food/hotel bill maybe not so much.

I would probably be looking at 5-600 for food fuel and hotel. I know I have the 28-31 off from work so I could probably make the drive up then. I wonder if I could paypal him the money and him hold it for a couple weeks? That would be pretty trusting of me but he sounded like a nice guy. An Islander would be awesome. A small cuddy to stay warm and sleep overnite and lots of deck space for fishing!

I just talked to this guy (I've been trying to get ahold of him for over a week) He said he would take 1200 for it......Says it runs good and the motor has T&T. I think the motor alone would be worth that. And it's only about 3 hours away so I wouldn't have to take but maybe a day of vacation.

Here's how I'd play that one...

"Hey, thanks for the call back, appreciated. Listen, I have $900 burning a hole in my pocket. If you are game I can be there in 3 hours. What do you think?"

Cash talks;)

He didn't want to come down at all. He said "I think I might wait till spring to sell it. I can get more for it then" Maybe, but why hang on to it that long when he could sell it now? Some people.....
