Thats so awesome!!! I love the 1000 islands, such a beatiful place. I wish i would have seen your thread earlier.
We get at least 1 trip into Cape Vincent each year. It is about 6 hours from here. Cape Vincent, "the town where the River and Lake meet." That was Tibbets Point Lighthouse where you took the completed crossing pics. Beautiful area for sure.
I hope that you stopped and did the Antique Boat Museum while you were there. Really cool museum.
I am so jealous and the pics make me wish I was there now. One of these times I am going to haul the boat up and have a great time. We normally stay with my wifes Great Aunt and Uncle and just catch a ride with them on their Pontoon boat. We stay right across from Carelton Island and have a great view of that wind farm, it sure is something else.
Cant wait to see more pics and here the rest of the story. Oh yeah, I agree with Jeremy, it is really cool to see you using the boat so much after all of the work you put into it. Also really neat to see your wife enjoying the trips and boat as much as you!
