At $1K, it wouldn't seem that the seller is throwing the non-running Merc in for free, despite his claim:

Early vintage OLD Starcraft is right.... I like the hard splash rail up to the bow :

The SC is the boat on the right ^^^

Looks like it's the original SC transom and the side panels too unless the guy found 10' long ply. Then there's the loose carpet job in front of the motor well. The redneck battery holder is also a tip off.
