Good, asking too little is worse, IMO, then asking too much, as a seller anyway

Having it splash ready when the season hits in East Tenn is worth another bump in actual sales price. Asking may not change, but there should be more buyers....... And clearly Atlanta isn't too far away for a buyer either....
