Don't forget the $21+/- for the motor, if it's cleaned enough for them to take it at the recycler's ($7/100lbs here), add another $25 (more?) for the outdrive assembly...

Oh yeah, I forgot the trailer. Trailers are always worth more than the boat. Another $14-$21 @ $7/100#. :watermelon:

Looking at the left tire, he's gonna need some to get to the scrap yard - there go all the profits. :facepalm:

Heck, since the trailer's worth more then he's asking, I thought he'd keep the trailer, pocket the $ from scrapping the hull, and sell the trailer solo for the $500. Then it'd be worth the hassle of him having to buy $120 in tires (rims too) just to scrap the hull... :facepalm:

I threw out all sorts of offers in that boat before he chopped the head off it. Now it would be a great project boat for a guy closer to the equator.

Looks like an unbelievable deal to me....and it's close, and it got the exact tandem Calkins trailer under it that I just paid more than the asking price for.....
