Yah, I bet it would. Bummer that my boat slush fund is about $500 short of that though. Ah, well - there will be another.

I got ahold of him - he ended up selling it this morning. Ah well, at least I don't have to think that there is a rig sitting out there that I should buy but don't have the funds for!

There will surely be another!

Agreed, funny how they tried to make that a positive thing. At least just put in seat bases like mine that keep it open when needed.

I leave a seat or two at home once in a while just for the heck of it myself but folks like seats as an option.

Only a man with an intelligence level equal to a bottom feeding carp would take on a project like that!

or one with access to a community college welding shop and a willingness to weld up one of those aluminum transom flotation/OB-mount boxes and close up the open sore in the transom. add a 150+hp OB and you're fishin.

BTW, careful with that using "bottom feeder" as an insult....some of us consider it a badge of honor :p
