Darn. They made me a counter offer that I was ready to accept - I emailed a question about the trailer fore doing so....and then someone else came and bought it from under me. Ah well. The search continues.

Quick question for anyone out there - does anyone know what year they started using the mercruiser alpha outdrives on these boats?

They used Mercs before OMC's but OMC's were made right alongside Merc powered boats. My dads was a '73 and had a 140hp Mercruiser.
