I guess I will post another picture of my Alumacraft. I have done quite a bit of work since the first post of this thread. I have added a deck in the front, a new fish locator, made the front seat higher, got a new fuel tank, added a bilge pump, and fixed up the trailer. Here is an overhead shot of the boat as of this afternoon.........

The boat is quite heavy. In South Africa you have to have two motors to go out more than 1 mile out to sea. Can also get quite rough launching from the beach and you need the whole shot power to save you from major accidents. Anyway runs really well and is light on fuel.

Except for replacing the lower gear set (which we blame on the previous owner) it has been pretty good to us.
We've done some minor fiberglass work to the floor, and laid new carpet, also some apholstery work. Marine-tex'd some gouges in the hull. Built the tower etc.
