Today the temp in the boat was 10 deg F. Did get up to 80. Started at 70 deg.
Took a lot longer to get up to temps to work but I do like the balance of cool and hot application heat with EEEpppOOOxxxYYY.

Hope pics load, kinda went like this......……...….
Wetting out, letting the pcs of glass warm up, then wetting out very thin. Too much then the glass just drops off. Did the flat to hold then worked the unders and angles. Turned out nice.

have ya ordered tempered glass yet?

No not yet. Waiting on final thickness after all glassed.
On the other hand I still have not found a US supplier that does gaskets from @3/4" ply to any glass/plastic thickness/dimension. I've been on that issue for a year. The wondow frame guys I have quoted from 2-6 thousand potatoes.

i did not use gaskets i used sandwich method urathane seal on the wood on each side and sandwiched the glass but gaskets can be found , but you might have to router the edges thinner so glass inlays

Pretty happy with it Eric. Was 10 and got to 80 now that's pretty cool. Yesterdays work with the heat lamps were practically set up when I turned off the radio. So set up today and all good.

Well got a grip on the ceiling today. I cut glass 14" x 12" so 2 pcs. complete the ceiling of the wheelhouse and then down the two sides. Very happy...neck hurts though. Port side ceiling nearly finished. The sizes were much more manageable.
Not to bad here today boat was 30 and that gets up to 80 pretty fast. Also manipulating two heat lamps.
So I am able to play with the temps in regards to curing time and that's pretty cool.
Got "UP" 6 pcs. looks like another 4 to complete port side. On a roll says I!

The only gaskets that are close come out of England...Europe. I see them all the time on lobster boats and they say check out some of the RV places. Maybe this maybe that. I'll have to give them a direct call I guess.
