Well tomorrow the cleaning lady comes....so it was preclean night......had to haul the pizza boxes out the the trash and pick up my socks lol! I did sand down the toe boards and put the last coat of epoxy on them. So I made a bit of progress. I think tomorrow night I will be working on putting the last coat of varnish on the seats.

dont you hate when some one hits you with a question like that ... its like after you left and wife says did you leave stove on?
of course my answer would be i never touch it that's a woman's thing:), and then i get to enjoy complete silence on said road trip :)

 I hate it myself. My daughter tends to take every opportunity to poke at me that way.

I was pretty disappointed in myself when I found the bolts on my engine not very tight this last time.
And I'm sure y'all know, but I intended it as a joke to poke a bit of fun at myself.

Thanks Chuck!

Work got in the way this week but I did get the seat bottoms varnished and the toe boards complete other than carpet.

I then carefully closed the hinge and put double sided tape on the top of it.

I then carefully sat the seat bottom in place where I wanted it and stuck it to the double sided tape. After that I carefully opened the seat, removed the masking taped and flipped the seat bottom upside down.

I used the center drill, and then removed the hinge and double sided taped. After that I put a coulpe screws in, drilled and put in the balance of the screws on both halves of the hinge.

Wow! That looks awesome! And yeah, I really like the upholstery on those seats too. They're going to look great in the boat.
