My old 1973 18 mariner and current 1987 22 footer.
Love the starcrafts. Interior room is amazing compared to fiberglass boats of the same size.

We have been born into the Starcraft family with the purchase of a 1971 21' Starcraft Chieftain. We have some work to do before she goes on the water this season but new paint will have to wait until next year. Anyone know where we can get a replacement camper enclosure? We have the original ones but they will need to be replaced. Pics are on my phone and not sure how to upload them.

All right folks, I found a few more pics of my free SS. Here are a few "action shots" of my boat, with me and my two brothers along for the ride.
I'll upload a video in a little while.
Anyone tell me the year from the paint scheme? I can't just go look it's parked about an hour from my home right now.

Here is the video I promised. This is my little brother taking her out for a gps speed run ( he weighs about 40lbs less than me, he hit 43.7 if I remember correctly)

1977 14' Kingfisher, started with only the hull, built the Mahogany CC, Teak and Holly Floor, Rope Hold, Painted the boat with car enamel, Rhino lined the deck, Repainted and graphics on the 74' 40 hp. Took me a winter, Its a great boat!

Nice SS there strange, I'd say it's a '74-'76 based on that paint style. I almost bought a 15' Holiday of the same vintage a couple years ago. Welcome to the Starmada

Ya i should be able to move the winch post forward about a foot. It appears that at some point in time someone moved it back for some unknown reason

Here is my 1974 16 foot SS with 70 HP Evinrude. It's been restored at least once and painted badly. I'm starting to restore is again. Docked at my favorite lake in the world, Stoney Lake Ontario.

I'm new to this site but here is a photo of my 1975 22' Star Craft Chieftain. I bought this boat new in Oct 1975 and reworked it 3 years ago. I replaced all wood in the bulk heads and the transom. Replaced the floor with aluminum, replaced the twin 18 gal. fuel tanks with dual 26 gal. tanks. Added a camper top and reupholstered all the cushions, curtains and engine cover myself with the wife's help. I/O and motor are overhauled stock 165 Mercruiser. I built storage lockers and placed them on top of gas tank enclosures. Seats are on top of these lockers; it added a lot of storage space for life jackets, fishing tackle etc.

I'll post more photos of cockpit and interior later.
