OK Guys and Gals

I can show you all what we did !!! I would like to thank TD and Bruno in the office for the OK !!!! I really do feel like part of the family , and with it being hand painted on there , gives it the feeling I was looking for !! I could have had a vinyl sticker made but this give it more of the power of work it has taken to get it here !!!1 does that make sence ?? lol ok well here it is !!! let me know what you think !!!!!1 john

I get what you are going for, but it looks like one of your daughters painted it on...I really am not being rude, I love your boat, but that would look much better if done professionally. Just my thoughts.

Im sure you feel the same way, but you are after the recognition for all the 792,000 hours on her. But, 10" of white paint isnt the place to display that.

In the end though, if you like it then thats all that matters.

The only thing I'm worried about is that rub rail...hopefully it doesn't cover the "powered by" part

That paint is looking better and better though Bud! I can't wait to see it fully dressed out ;)

John, I gotta agree with Chris above. I see what you're going for but I think it's a mistake. You've put so many hours into what has turned out to be a really professional looking paint job, and had those beautiful graphics made. The hand painted look just doesn't work. (and I think red may be right that you're too close to the rub rail). I cried a little when I saw that picture.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to tell the wife that I didn't care for her handy work and was getting it done professionally. Good luck with that!

However, I think once she sees the pro graphics, she'll have to agree. Bring her to Dairy Queen and buy her her favorite treat for her effort! ;):D

Wow jc that is an awesome looking paint job. There was definitely a lot of attention paid to detail there. You must be a chronic perfectionist like me.
Great job!:D

Re: pic of work so far

Now dammit John, you gotta go and raise the bar that high on me!:p

Do you realize what kind of work I'm going to have to put into the paint on my 'tron in order to at least live up to that thing?!

I can see the water skiers falling down due to being blinding by the reflection off of it in the water!
