Was out there today in Flamingo nobody showed up.....??????

Man, I totally left you guys hanging.....didn't make it to the lake until Sunday.....had a crazy Saturday, and couldn't swing it. But I did check out flamingo cove on Sunday, and it was pretty busy.....

You should have stopped by on Sunday......I was there in the back in front of the dock you were at before. I was tied up to a friends boat.....oh well maybe another day. The hot dogs were good.....beer was cold, weather was great .

I guess it was to hard for everyone to meet up.......with that being said, I'm on the lake at least once, most of the times twice on a weekend. Usually in Flamingo Cove.....so look for my boat, stop by if you guys ever come thru.

Just noticed this thread and looks like most are at Lake Allatoona :grumpy: I'm always at Lanier north side as i'm docked there but I'll keep an eye out on this thread for any more GTG's

Thanks and its a 72 16ft Glasspar w/ a 40 merc classic. I was testing out the new prop that day as the old prop was pitched for the pontoon it came off of.

Well guys, looks like I'm done for the year, pulled the boat and winterized it. The lake level is going down, it's getting colder, and ramps will more than likely have another govt. closure again in January. See ya'll next year.

Things didn't work out well for us this year. To coin a phrase, there's always next year. As long as the rainy season is less than 4 months. :grumpy:

Went to the lake and walked around the dock. The dock as you know was on the ground, no water..... geez. March starts a new year with water I'm hoping.
