Its cold in the shop so I haven't done much, I did get the floor up and as suspected the stringers are rotten.

Ya its kinda fun so far, I used the shop vac to follow the die grinder so I haven't got to itchy yet.
My paint guy said any color but yellow, because its transparent and will need 6-7 coats to make it look good.
