Re: My boat accident

Tell ya what Kev, and I am sure you know this, that could have been about a billion times worse! Could have flipped a bunch of times destroying the whole rig, or even worse yet, flew into oncoming traffic!! All things considered, I think you walked away in pretty good shape and you can fix er' up in no time at all!

Cheers Buddy!

in no time at all!

Lets try to stick to reality here jas. At Kev's current rate of production, replacing the trailer coupler alone will take 3-4 weeks minimum and require 3 posts in the trailer/towing forum. :p

(OMG Kev, with friends like us who needs enemies?) :D

Yah, I know. I was just trying to help him feel better about himself. I think we have a good theme going here. Help him feel good, then hammer him a little...

EZ, you did a nice job following through on the hammer part.

OK, anybody have something non sarcastic, encouraging or maybe even nice to say now?

No....

Ok, here I'll go...

Dude, you are so awesome at crashing boats!!!! You are the man!

There, hows that?:D

Be very carefull Kev. It looks like Ez and JA are playing the good captain, bad captain routine on you. Do not turn your back, unless you want to throw them a kiss:D
Damage isn't that bad, knock out the dents first and a little putty & paint, vola, your back on the grass, er, water.

Hey Kev! Sorry to hear that happen! I see you live in Fort Myers, what road did you do this on? I live in Cape Coral so I am 3 miles over a bridge from you :)

Re: My boat accident

You may want to lower your insurance deductibles

LMFAO(and I do use this acronym lightly:D)

BTW...CBK...I checked the Starcraft Club bylaws today when I had some down time.

According to SC Code 21:34.8..."any reckless endangerment causing permanent dents or otherwise compromising said Starcraft hull will result in operator/owner being required to repair any such dents using a large heavy object on the outside of the hull to brace while using owner/operator's head to bang said dents flat again as originally implemented in NE Indiana"

In addition...

"Use of a monkey to perform tasks related to the safe operation of said vessel will result in a fine and requirement to rescue at least one additional Starcraft aluminum hull(min 16') from the scrap heap within 60 days"(30 days in Florida...at least according to my copy)"

Just thought I'd pass that along so you know where you stand;)

Re: My boat accident

CBK I'm just trying to make up rules that require you to go get that SC cuddy you've been eyeballing:D

I figured if it sounded official you could get approval easier from the home office:)
