Re: my 68 Starcraft Holiday project

Nice, those sound super cool! I definitely want some lighting under my gunwales and in the cabin. It is foreign to me that there are super cheap lighting and super expensive lighting, I guess I don't get it?

Rock on buddy!

Same as anything buddy...
There are 1.00 screwdrivers and there are 10.00 Snap-On screwdrivers..
The company I work for (Next Tuesday is my 23rd anniversary!) makes these little bulbs, maybe you have seen them before?;) Now how do I get one of these on the Holiday...hmmmmm

That particular little bulb shines real high in the sky, you can see it for miles.

Yup, I am with ya. My tool box has a lot of Crapsmen and some dollar junk in there too that I struggle with and just throw away.

I'd love some help from ya once I get to that point if you are willing.

Dude, that light would be perfect under your bow! Go for it!:D

Hi Nlain!!!

Yep..There are 2 man made landmarks that can be seen from outer space.
The Great Wall of China, and our light on the Luxor.

I dare you to show me a $10.00 screwdriver from Sanp On, maybe $25 at least. LOL
Kev those LED lights are sweet. Do ya'll have a poor mans catalog or a suggestion where we may shop? I am like you, Jas, and others. Being able to see the deck at night is a must. Besides, it looks too cool. Thanks Bro

My trim wires looked rotten going out to the leg so the trim limit switches were the first thing I ordered.

I'll see what I can find to get them replaced without pulling anything.

I would really appreciate that!!! May save me a prop or 2!!!

Sadly Fish...
No, any of the LED products I sell are VERY $$$$$$$$...Mostly used by specifiers and high end designers where they want a certain look at any cost..But I PERSONALLY am looking at this company and think I am going to order a few products from them today! :D

I'm going to run the rest of my led's tomorrow if I have enough wire. One in the bow, one in the engine compartment, and the two led strips in the gunwale pockets.

I like how you have the lights under there so it will get me moving.

Hey TII, I just said what you were thinking is all:D

Sorry Kev!

Now that I think of it buddy, you have the ultimate payback....

While all of us chumps are prepping our boats for the long winter ahead you are gassing up your girl for evening cruises!

If I were an aussie I'd say...

Good on ya mate!!

The GPS/fishfinder combo looks great on the dash, I hope you can get some waypoints saved on there where the fish are hiding:)

Have fun tomorrow, and good luck!

Is it bad that whenever I see this thread dug up I assume it's bad news? :p
