Had a great time out today on a little lake for some test runs. Everything went great but a tiny water leak at the lower part of the gimbal housing. I think the exhaust plate or lower zinc is leaking water in. Here are some pics.
First time in the water since 04.

My girlfriend favorite thing about the boat is jumping the wake on the jetski.more pics to come.

Has anyone ever thought of adding a TBI to a boat?
I wonder if they even make a kit that would fit?
The motor seems to be asking for injection.

Finally had some good weather to gelcoat the floor. Came out a lot better then I thought it was going to come out. I put two thick layers. One non wax and one waxed with anti slip powder they sell at home depot and it came out great with good texture. Here is a pic.

been real busy with my new job and havent posted in a while. went out for another test run to find out i still had a water leak.. finally found it, i completely forgot i took out the wires for the trim so water was coming in, i silconed it and no longer leaks. also finally made the heat exchanger mount and mounted it and runs great at 160-170. also getting most of the interior in and finished up all the wiring and installed new gauges for the trim tabs. here are some pics.

rear long seat and engine cover seat are all new wood and vinyl

Great Thread boat looks really good. I'll be doing this to my boat soon enough. What are you using to put over the cut out over the gas tank.

Awesome, Awesome work. I am glad to see you are back on the water. How you liking the gelcoat? I think it is the best option for a deck these days.

i love the gelcoat floor but is very hard to keep clean especially how the boat is in the grass and there is alot of dirt which gets in the boat with all the in and out. but the starbrite cleaner works really good

GOT IT ON CRAIGSLIST FOR 800 COMPLETE WITH THE FLOORS TAKEN OFF. GOING TO BE REDOING STRINGERS, FLOOR, MOTOR, AND AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE CLEAN AND REDO SOME OF THE BAD INTERIOIR. HERE ARE SOME PICS.

Worked for about 8 hours today. Got most of the foam done and installed gas tank and screwed,glued, and pb the sides of the floor. Also got the pistons back finally so will start building Monday. I have aliitle of everything on my body. Foam,glue,resin,pb.

Hi, my name is Ken. I have a 1994 Wellcraft 210 Eclipse. It has the bench seat with the sunpad/motor cover. I lost the sunpad/motor cover while trailering it. Wind got underneath it and blew it off. Lost...could not find it! I need some pics and dimensions so I can get a new one built. Can you please help??? Thanks and Blessings, Ken
