The ceiling is from a company called Ceilume in California. 0.015" thick injection moulded tiles and self coloured grid. Comes in a multitude of designs and colours. Expensive but worth every penny if you want that kind of look and access to the plumbing and electrical above it. It is very user friendly. Cuts with scissors easily. Does not tear and is so flexible that you can set the ceiling just 1 inch below the joist level. I can PM you the link if you like.

Awesome job! Wow, when you said pub you really meant it. Mine's just a sports bar. If it was a full on pub like yours I'd never get the neighbors to leave!
