im soooo antsy to get over to her and flip it......still waighting on the guys to call me.......talked to them late last night....but still havent heard from them today........they are off work in an hour or so......so ill track them down then....i hope

I'm thinking it would be a healthy thing for both of you to cut down on the coffee a little

I can't count the number of deadlines for things on my boat I've missed. Entire seasons included. The only surprise for oops is probably that it's not taking longer than it is...

the other part im dealing with......i used to put my beer on the strakes....it would hold them perfectly....now with the wax.....my beer slides off

What the heck good is a boat if it can't hold a beer???

just wait till he flips it an puts the cap on and installs all the cup holders... .

Nah. Don't need it for what I'm doing. Just need to know your timing so I can plan accordingly. I figure I can run the water line for the fridge to the cupboard, and put the fridge in place then run the lines and hook up the dishwasher, then I will be allowed to go out and watch the antics.

Guess I'm trying to get off at 4:30 or so.

that will work good tackel......im guessing we will flip around 5:30 ish......

Just curious oops, how old ( as in how many days) is the new paint? although the paint may seem dry, it may be very soft still and turning it over too soon and resting it on blocks/carpet/whatever may cause them to "imprint" the paint or even cause chemical staining-such as color leaching from carpet to paint. I would hate for you to have gone thru all that hard work in vain. Awesome job!

the paint is actually gellcoat.......a polyester based resin......tough as nails.....it has been over 2 weeks from re gellcoating.......so its fully cured......but.....the boat has never left the shop......so it has never been in the sun.....ever.....so the first thing i want to do is push the hull out side and let the sun get at it for a half an hour......just in case it needs uv to do anything. but right noe i could hit it with blunt object and not hurt it.

this just in from oops [ sent me a text] the guys are there tackel washer just got there , and dang murphy showed up also , trir berring is seized , but his mech said he can fix it !!

I dont know what a trir berring is but its getting fixed !! John
