Um Houston we have a problem!!!
I tried putting the center windsheild in and it seems to be about 1/32 to wide to fit in the opening
Any suggestions??
I was thinking of taking the window frame apart again and just hitting the mitered corner to the belt sander and reassemble the window ?

Yeah I'm gonna give it a try hopefully I don't wreck the window frame
i tried like hell to premeasure everything
But obviously there's some small dustirtuon somewhere.... it's only 1/32" but it's affecting the middle window

I wrapped the bowrider seat in 2"foam and vinvy
not perfect
I probably should have taken it to an upholstry shop
I'm gonna live with it for now

The vynil is smooth and it's built by you, I dont see anything wrong with that, even if not all the corners are perfect.

You'll find small details of your work that arent perfect, but the nice thing is that only you will notice! everyone else will just be impressed.
