The clincher is "good tags preferred" why? not planing on transferring the title?

when I sell a car, the tags stay with me or we go to the DMV to transfer, otherwise people are known to never transfer the title and drive the car till the tags run out, or it gets impounded.. then guess who the impound lot wants money from.

I have to believe that ad is a joke. The guy did put a new twist on it with the "let me drive it with your plates" part.

Is that a foam filled, Boston whaler style hull? If so and the foam isn't compromised I'd pay $100 for it.
