Here's a classic:

RE:Sea Ray 19' Runs Good!!! - $1350 (Marina Del Rey))
Date: 2010-01-29, 8:52PM PST

Just so you all know!
I GAVE THIS BOAT AWAY TO THIS GUY YESTERDAY!
He said it was so he could use it with his kids, now he is selling it!
I knew to expect this, and i'm glad it's gone but geeze this guy is quick. I thought it was going to a good home.
One thing I can say for sure is that it's not worth 1,350!
I can give you a laundry list of thing wrong with it. Does not "run good", starts and that's about all I can say... Overheats, leaks water from the left manafold, none of the electrics work, out-drive is crap and impossible to find parts for, corrosion all over out-drive, spray can paint job, it's a re-power for sure.
I owned this boat until yesterday, I have done the research, it WILL cost you at least 4,000 to get this thing sea worthy. Oh, and the trailer a is scary accident waiting to happen.
Offer him $100... He will take it, it's %100 profit at this point.

MMMMMMMM....I could build this for like $50 or less.

http://seattle.craigslist.org/kit/boa/1578499986.html

I would pay asking price for that given
A: it can support the ##'s of my boat
B: I had some way of getting my boat from the trailer to that thing and back

Of course the only use I could think of for that is if I needed to restore my trailer.

I tried to make something like this, and was shocked by the price of 5" casters (at least those that can support any weight).

I guess i can build it for cheaper considering i have a lot of the supplies already. I guess it would be worth the price for some people, just not to me.

Doesn't work with newer versions of Firefox.

Actually, worked fine with next-most-recent-version, just updated to latest version of Firefox, still works fine. Sorry you're having trouble with it.

I could not agree more with each one of your points :)

What percentage of motors that "need a starter" actually JUST need a starter

I sold a car once that was in fairly rough shape. I really busted my butt to detail it thoroughly. I was able to take a paint job that was pretty well gone and turn it into one that looked like with a good waxing would clean up nice :p

It's not me, I went to your link and there is no way to download it for my most current version of FF.
Maybe if I went back to an older version, but it's not worth the hassle. Their website doesn't work anymore, and it's experimental software to boot.
I've used FF for years, and have a computer background, so no trouble here ;)

This software works well though!

I also do a lot of buying and selling on Clist, this has been a great tool! The free version works great.
