I guess after reading some of the CL ads and the poor grammar, spelling and such...how do some of these people actually put food on the table, let alone afford a boat? I have seen ads for $70-$200K boats where this occurs! Mind blowing!

And apparently the seller thinks that the stern eyes are for pulling skiiers: "It has hookups for skis to pull 2 people."
And should have no problem since it is rated for a 40HP motor(These were my words)!!!

Are you POSITIVE it's a 1965 SC Mustang?

Trailer tie downs..........
Unless they were added by the dealer prior to delivery, I think the were added by a previous owner:

And correct application or not, I suspect the eyes were installed as tow eyes for skiers.... As it came looks to have come w/ stern handles, but no trailer tie downs or tow/ski eyes.

Starcraft thought a picture of two people playing guitars, a guy with bongo drums, and a chick in a conehead hat would sell boats? I quess that's why I'm not in marketing...

That's no "Prairie Schooner..."

Am I the first one to note that the motor and prop are painted to match the hull?

Everyone knows (or should know?) a color matched prop and outdrive decrease resistance; therefore, increasing speed...that should be worth at least another 10-15mph. Surprised more iboater's do do this mod?

boat unknown

I like the "very mess" sentence here. Must be a jewel!

Please emails with questions.

Okay, I'll bite.

Is it on the bottom of the bay or on the top of the water? Is the registration current?

The merc outboard I used on my jet came with a day glow orange paint job on the lower...

3-4 jumbo cans of carb cleaner later... I found 3 colors before I got down to the merc finish... went from spray paint black, to bright glow orange, to white, then shiny factory finish.

I can understand the black to cover up the orange, and if your a diver... maybe the bright orange , but white??
