I'd say no more than 10 minutes with the pressure washer to clean that up but it hits on a point I like to make. If you ask top dollar at least clean it up first. I bet if the boat was all cleaned up at the same price it would have been overpriced but not so bad it would have made this thread.
I recently sold my Chris Craft for $500 in full running condition (with deficiencies) because it needed bellows, lower unit reseal, a new cover (or at least a restitch) and had freeze damage to the block that had been repaired successfully 8-10 years ago before I owned it. Believe me it was an easy sale. But I made the boat look great because it benefited me as a seller to take the time to do it right. I am tempted to post the pics here that I took before and after I cleaned it up just to drive my point home.
