A free classic:

Free boat, just come and get it. There's no paperwork or trailer. At 3729 state route 150 east greenbush.

Worth the trip just for the windshield. I'd pick it up, but both my boat trailers are 170 miles away right now.

Seriously! That Chris Craft cruiser belongs in a museum, not on the road or on the water. It's a piece of artwork and should be protected. I mean, can you imagine someone buying that, and taking off down the road with it on a trailer and being involved in a crash?

For posterity, I am posting the best pic's of it. Enjoy!

14' fiberglass with Chrysler 45HP - $450 (Snyder's Lake)
Date: 2012-08-04, 1:39PM EDT

Boat for sale. 14' fiberglass boat with a 45HP Chrysler outboard from 1966. Engine runs great, missing propeller, prop shaft, drive or reverse gear (not sure which one), bearing carrier, and title. New solid floor, new seats, new steering cable, comes with trailer; trailer is not the best but will definitely get the boat from here to there. A new lower unit can be purchased from ebay for $335 after shipping, and will provide more parts than needed.

Boat has been rattle canned black (previous owner). Engine runs like a top, fires strong every time, boat is currently in water so running engine can be demonstrated. Great first boat/project boat, I got it because I live on a small lake and it got me back and forth no problem, until the prop shot off this year. With the lower unit, or just the missing parts boat would be a solid machine. Comes with a full tank of pre-mixed fuel (2 stroke engine).
$450 obo.

Just some minor problems - the classic "easy fix" No title. no problem.

boat is currently in water so running engine can be demonstrated.

So it's OK to run the motor with the guts of the lower unit laying on the bottom of the lake some where? What else can go wrong?

With the paint job (the windshield too, really?) it looks a Seal Team 6 boat that was rode hard and put up wet. With a funky trailer maybe $50-$100.

Funny thing is that lake is not much more than a pond.

This is another one of those "Pay me to junk my boat for me" ads. It's this a-holes attempt at additional humor that really burns me...cause he might be serious! Moron!

19' Chris Craft Bowrider (VERY GOOD Condition-Restored) $3249 obo - $3249 (Weekstown)
Date: 2012-08-07, 3:03PM EDT

Ready for the Water....1988 - 19 foot Chris Craft Cavalier Bowrider restored in 2008, used very little, garage kept and in very good condition. Everything works fine. 3.0L Mercrusier 130HP 4-Cyl I/O. Many new parts from 2008 (see list). Boat was used 2 or 3 times a year. Winterized properly every year. Almost no rust on trailer with new parts from 2008 (see list). Responsible owner. Alpha One Lower unit professionally restored in 2008. Engine runs smooth and great!. Great Lower Unit Hydraulics. Small crack on engine water jacket caused by previous owner repaired in 2008 with no problems. Very, very slow oil drip from front engine seal, have the seal but haven't installed it. Lots of storage. Just bought a new 1000 Cranking Amp Battery for it today. A lot of time and money was invested in restoring this boat over the years. Want to sell it for funds toward a travel trailer.

Replaced in 2008
- Fiberglass Floor - Carpets - Seats - Upholstery - Fuel Lines - Many Engine Components - High End Hummingbird Sonar/GPS - CD/MP3/AUX Clarion Stereo w/ Four Speakers - Tires - Axle - Surge Brakes - Wiring (on boat and trailer) - Boat winch - All lighting components - Propellers (3 total) - All required safety equipment provided - And many more

Many, many extra parts for buyer.

I can provide more details or pictures.

"VERY GOOD Condition-Restored" - So except for the cracked block, oil leak and rusty trailer it's in great shape.

Actually, that looks like a very nice boat...doesn't belong in this thread. Price seems reasonable for a Chris Craft, and a leaky oil seal is is not instant death for an engine...nor is the crack if it was repaired correctly. Just saying!

BTW, the trailer isn't rusty...for God's sake, it's galvanized!
